Spring…beautiful weather, sunshine, and tea parties! Nothing beats having an outdoor tea party with a sweet little girl! After being cooped up all winter, it is nice to be outside and enjoy the fresh air. Kids especially love the outdoors because they get to run around and soak in the sun. I had the privilege  of having a tea party with Jamison and her stuff animal friends. I love creating cool unique settings for photo shoots where I can just capture those sweet candid moments. There is just something about photos that are unposed, especially with kids. It is hard to pose children for pictures but with candids, you are able to capture their cute little personalities. They also feel more comfortable since they are not having to worry about being in front of the camera. They can do what they do best, which is to just be themselves! Because of this, I was able to capture sweet pictures of Jamison. She got all dressed up for her tea party and even made sure to wear a pearl necklace. I just loved seeing her all dolled up and enjoying the nice spring weather and the little tea party we had. She got into character because she would say that her “tea”, which was actually juice, was too hot! She is just too cute for words! 🙂

Just like how spring flowers are blooming, it is also a great time to start something new. There is just something about spring that makes you feel like you can accomplish something that you have been meaning to do. So why not tackle that special project that is on your to-do list.
